Against the backdrop of deep global supply chain restructuring and the rise of “new quality productive forces”  driving industrial transformation, the fourth CISCE is not merely a  showcase of hardcore technologies, but also a window into the resilience  and openness of China’s regional economies. This article takes  Yuanzhongyuan, a local enterprise from Fuyang, Anhui, and its hit  product “Angus Beef Crisp” as a micro-level entry point to analyze how a  traditional agricultural processor has leveraged technological innovation, full-chain integration,  and international certifications to leap from a regional factory to a  global supply network. Through the milky aroma and crispness of this  snack, we gain insight into Anhui’s industrial ambition as the Guest  Province of Honor, and the robust vitality unleashed by China’s supply  chains as they rebalance between “efficiency” and “security.”

6月22日,第四届中国国际供应链促进博览会(以下简称“链博会”)在北京盛大开幕。作为本届展会的主宾省,安徽以昂扬的姿态站在了世界产业链合作的舞台中央。

当日下午,安徽省主题推介会暨全球供应链合作洽谈会高朋满座。安徽省省长王清宪在致辞中向世界发出诚挚邀请,强调在畅通国内国际双循环的背景下,安徽凭借长三角一体化的区位优势、雄厚的制造业基础与合肥综合性国家科学中心的创新引领,正成为全球产业链供应链上不可或缺的关键节点。中国贸促会会长任鸿斌亦表示,链博会已成长为国际公共产品,将持续赋能安徽精准对接全球资源。

在这场汇聚了近400名多国政要、世界500强高管及行业专家的高端会议上,安徽不仅展示了“智造”的硬实力,更通过细节展现了“徽风皖味”的软连接。会议资料袋与展台上的即食产品“安格斯牛排脆”,意外成为会议间隙的“味觉明星”,为严肃的供应链洽谈增添了人间烟火气。

On June 22, the fourth China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo  (hereinafter “CISCE”) grandly opened in Beijing. As the Guest Province  of Honor for this year’s expo, Anhui stood firmly at center stage of  global industrial chain cooperation with a confident and ambitious  posture.

That  afternoon, the Anhui Provincial Thematic Promotion Conference and Global  Supply Chain Cooperation Talks drew a full house. In his address, Wang  Qingxian, Governor of Anhui Province, extended a sincere invitation to  the world, emphasizing that against the backdrop of facilitating the  domestic and international dual circulation, Anhui – leveraging its  locational advantages from Yangtze River Delta integration,  a robust manufacturing base, and the innovation-led drive of Hefei  Comprehensive National Science Center – is becoming an indispensable and  critical node in global industrial and supply chains.  Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of  International Trade (CCPIT), also stated that the CISCE has matured into  an international public good, and that the CCPIT will continue to  empower Anhui to help it precisely align with global resources.

At  this high-level gathering of nearly 400 dignitaries from multiple  countries, Fortune 500 executives, and industry experts, Anhui not only  showcased its hard power in “intelligent manufacturing,” but also  demonstrated the soft connectivity of “Hui-style flavor and Wan-style  taste” through fine details. An instant snack product named “Angus Beef Crisp”  placed in conference kits and on exhibition stands unexpectedly became a  “taste sensation” during intermissions, adding a touch of earthly  warmth to the serious supply-chain negotiations.

I. Deep Innovation: The Technological Backbone and Standard-Setting Power Behind a “Beef Crisp”

在强手如林的休闲肉制品赛道,源中源能被评为“安格斯牛排脆”开创者并占据全国市场第一份额,背后是坚实的科技创新底座。资料显示,该企业虽地处阜阳,却构建了覆盖中国农业大学、合肥工业大学等高校的产学研合作网。其建成的1000平方米市级研发中心,成为科技成果转化的“反应堆”。目前,企业手握6项发明专利、32项实用新型专利,成果转化率高达90%以上。正是对食品科学的敬畏,使其通过了BRCGS全球食品质量安全认证,拿到行销全球的“绿色通行证”。

这种“科技赋能产业”的思路,与安徽主宾省强调的“集聚创新链驱动力”不谋而合。依托科技硬支撑,源中源进入了罗森等高端零售渠道,并与光明食品、三只松鼠等25家头部品牌深度绑定,实现了长三角绿色农产品生产加工供应示范基地的辐射效应。2026年获评安徽省“百佳好网货”并入选“阜阳特色伴手礼”,更是对其市场接受度与品牌公信力的双重认证。

 

In the highly  competitive leisure meat product sector, Yuanzhongyuan’s recognition as  the pioneer of “Angus Beef Crisp” and its No.1 market share nationwide  are underpinned by a solid foundation of technological innovation. According to public information, although the company is based in Fuyang, it has built an industry-university-research cooperation network  covering China Agricultural University, Hefei University of Technology,  and other institutions. Its 1,000-square-meter municipal-level R&D  center serves as a “reactor” for commercializing scientific and  technological achievements. Currently, the company holds 6 invention  patents and 32 utility-model patents, with a commercialization rate  exceeding 90%. It is precisely this reverence for food science that has  earned it the BRCGS Global Food Safety Certification, granting a “green pass” to global markets.

This approach of “technology empowering industry” perfectly aligns with Anhui’s emphasis as Guest Province on “aggregating the driving force of innovation chains”  at this year’s CISCE. Backed by strong technological support,  Yuanzhongyuan has not only entered premium retail channels such as  Lawson but has also forged deep partnerships with 25 leading brands  including Bright Food and Three Squirrels, realizing the radiating  effect of a Yangtze River Delta green agricultural product production,  processing, and supply demonstration base. Its selection in 2026 as one  of Anhui’s “Top 100 Best Online Goods” and its inclusion in the “Fuyang  Specialty Souvenir” list further serve as dual endorsements of its  market acceptance and brand credibility.

二、链式跃升:从单品出海到产业生态的“朋友圈”扩容

II. Chain Leap: From Single-Product Export to an Expanding Industrial Ecosystem “Circle of Friends”

本次推介会不仅是理念交流,更实现了实打实的合作落地,现场签约的18个项目如同种子播撒在安徽的产业沃土上。对于源中源而言,参展并非简单推销,而是供应链伙伴关系的深度拓展。从阜阳现代化工厂到北京国家展台,再到通往世界的货轮与航班,这袋小小的“牛排脆”正串联起横跨东西半球的健康食品供给线。企业负责人尚丙龙表示:“链博会让我们实现了从‘展品’到‘商品’再到‘合作伙伴’的三级跳。”

正如王清宪省长所期许的,企业应借助链博会拓展“产业链朋友圈”。尚丙龙对此深表认同,他指出:“链博会教会我们如何‘链’通世界,更让我们意识到作为链主企业的责任。我们不仅要卖产品,更要把安徽阜阳的牛肉产业生态带出去,把国际先进的食品加工技术引进来,形成长期互利的深度协同。”

This promotion  conference was not merely an exchange of ideas, but a tangible  realization of cooperation. The 18 projects signed on-site are like  seeds sown in the fertile soil of Anhui’s thriving industrial landscape.  For Yuanzhongyuan, participating in the expo was not a simple product  promotion, but a deep expansion of supply-chain partnerships.  From the modern factory in Fuyang to the national-level exhibition  stand in Beijing, and then to cargo ships and flights bound for all  corners of the world, this small pouch of “Beef Crisp” is weaving a  healthy-food supply line that spans the Eastern and Western hemispheres.  Shang Binglong, the company’s head, remarked, “The CISCE has enabled us  to achieve a triple leap – from ‘exhibit’ to ‘commodity’ to ‘partner’.”

As Governor Wang Qingxian encouraged, enterprises should leverage the CISCE to expand their “industrial chain circle of friends.”  Shang Binglong deeply agreed, and stated: “The CISCE not only teaches  us how to ‘link’ with the world, but also makes us aware of our  responsibility as a chain-leading enterprise.  We must not only sell products, but also bring the beef industry  ecosystem of Fuyang, Anhui to the world, introduce advanced  international food-processing technologies, and form long-term, mutually  beneficial deep synergy.”

This  micro-level success is a vivid epitome of the accelerating  government-enterprise synergy at the macro level. After finishing this  article, I still seem to taste the unique milky aroma and crispness of  the “Angus Beef Crisp” in my mouth. In the grand narrative of the CISCE,  this enterprise from Fuyang, Anhui may be just a microcosm, yet the  light it reflects carries profound meaning.

First, it is a vivid interpretation of “new quality productive forces” in the traditional agricultural sector.  In the past, when we talked about the food industry, we often  associated it with labor-intensive and low-value-added operations. But  Yuanzhongyuan, through high R&D investment, high-end equipment  procurement, and precise niche positioning (ultra-air-dried, ultra-thin  slicing), has multiplied the value of one kilogram of beef several times  over, with demand outstripping supply. This proves that even in the  most traditional industries, once empowered by technology, one can break  out of the “involution” trap.

Second, it offers a micro-level practice of supply chain security  – through its “integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary  industries” strategy, the company extends upstream to mitigate  raw-material price fluctuations, and secures downstream export channels  via international certifications like BRCGS. This vertical integration  and standardization effort is a microcosm of China’s current advocacy  for “stabilizing and strengthening chains.”  It no longer passively takes orders, but proactively defines standards  (e.g., creating the new “Beef Crisp” category).
